Dashboard Analytics Overview

Where to find site traffic, newsletter subscribers, affiliate hops, and ad embed render metrics on ArtInStack.

ArtInStack splits analytics by what you are measuring. Site traffic (unique visitors and visit trends) appears on the Dashboard home Overview chart. Newsletter, affiliate, and ad embed reports live under Analytics in the sidebar. This hub summarizes each surface and links to setup guides; more report types can be added here over time.

Site traffic (Cloudflare)

Where: Dashboard → home (first screen after sign-in).

Overview chart: bar chart of visits for Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 12 months. When data is available, a Unique visitors line for the selected range appears below the chart.

Unavailable state: if configuration is incomplete, the chart shows Analytics temporarily unavailable. Check zone and token configuration.—resolve custom domain / zone setup via Connect a custom domain and support if the message persists.

Traffic analytics are not duplicated under Analytics in the sidebar today.

Newsletter subscribers

Where: Dashboard → Analytics → Newsletter (opening Analytics defaults to this tab).

What it tracks: emails captured from blog sidebar and footer signup forms—not transactional gallery or invoice email.

Setup: Newsletter subscriptions.

Deep dive: Newsletter analytics (filters, CSV export, ESP workflow).

Affiliate link activity

Where: Dashboard → Analytics → Affiliates (visible when your plan includes affiliate).

What it tracks: first-party /go/... hop clicks—merchants, library resources, referrers, and time ranges (7d / 30d / 90d / all). This is outbound partner traffic, not storefront orders.

Setup: Affiliate links.

Ad embed render telemetry

Where: Dashboard → Analytics → Ad embed (visible when your plan includes ads).

What it tracks: iframe render requests for configured placements—not ad-network revenue or click-through from the third party. Use it to compare zones and trim clutter.

Setup: Ad embed placements.

Your own Google Analytics (GA4 / GTM)

Where: Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → Analytics (not the Analytics sidebar).

What it does: loads your GA4 Measurement ID or GTM container on your public storefront so you can measure product views, add-to-cart, and completed purchases in your Google Analytics property. ArtInStack pushes standard ecommerce events to the browser data layer; you wire triggers and GA4 tags inside your GTM workspace.

Why use it: tie campaigns and SEO to real revenue, build GA4 funnels, and keep conversion data in Google alongside ads and Search Console—beyond the visit chart on Dashboard home.

Not the same as: Analytics → Newsletter / Affiliates / Ad embed (platform readouts) or the Cloudflare Overview chart on Dashboard home.

Setup: Advanced tracking and analytics.

Commerce and learning analytics

Orders and revenue are managed under Products and Stripe—not this hub. Course and event engagement use Portal Manager and Events Manager respectively. Future dashboard reports may link from this page as they ship.

  • You can change the Overview range on Dashboard home and see visits or the unavailable message.
  • Analytics opens to Newsletter; affiliate and ad tabs appear only when your subscription includes those capabilities.
  • Setup guides above match what you enabled under Settings → Integrations.
