Subscription, Billing, and Invoices

Manage plan billing, payment methods, and invoices on ArtInStack.

Your ArtInStack subscription runs through Stripe. SettingsSubscription shows plan tier, renewal date, and storage usage; the Stripe customer portal handles card updates and invoice PDFs. Review billing before renewal if you are evaluating upgrades or downgrades.

What you're looking at

Subscription tab: plan name, renewal date, storage meter, Manage billing / portal link, invoice history.

Implementation steps

  1. Open SettingsSubscription.
  2. Note current plan name, renewal date, and storage used versus included.
  3. Click Manage billing or the Stripe portal link.
  4. Update payment method if your card is expiring.
  5. Download the latest invoice PDF for accounting.
  6. Confirm billing email matches the address on General.
  7. Set a calendar reminder before renewal if you plan to change tiers.

What you'll see

Billing portal opens; invoices download; payment method shows current. Failed payments trigger Stripe emails—watch the billing inbox tied to your account.

Storage on your invoice

Your subscription invoice can include more than the base plan:

Fixed packs bill every month until you remove them in Manage billing. Overage bills only for usage above your limit. See Storage add-ons and pay-as-you-go for how limits, packs, and metering work.

Verifying your setup

  • Plan name and renewal date are known.
  • Payment method verified in the Stripe portal.
  • Latest invoice viewed or downloaded (including any storage pack or overage lines).
