Campaigns
In Email Center → Campaigns, write a name, subject, and body, choose one segment, and schedule a future time within 30 days. After you schedule, that draft is locked. This is not a fundraising campaign.
A campaign is one message to one segment. You write it as a draft, then schedule a time. After you schedule, that draft is locked.
This is Email Center, not a fundraising campaign. Donation campaigns stay under Products.
Use cases
- A new gallery or print drop to people who bought prints.
- A related product to recent buyers.
- A workshop invitation to people who already bought from you.
- Studio news to everyone who subscribed, when the note is really for the whole list.
Pick the segment before you write. A sales note goes further when it is not sent to every subscriber. See Segments.
Prerequisites
A saved segment.
Dashboard → Email Center → Campaigns
Your plan includes Email Center. Otherwise the screen says Email Center is not included on your current plan.
Implementation steps
- Open Email Center → Campaigns → New campaign.
- Set the name. That is the label in your list, for example Spring newsletter.
- Set the subject. That is the line in the inbox.
- Choose one segment.
- Write the body: text, images from your library, a gallery, and a button.
- Save draft.
- Schedule. Pick a time in the future, within 30 days.
- Confirm. The notice names how many people were included.
The message includes an unsubscribe link. What that does to the list is on Newsletter subscriptions.
Troubleshooting & common pitfalls
Schedule shows a notice and leaves the draft unchanged when something is missing:
- Choose a segment before scheduling
- Choose a time in the future
- Choose a time within 30 days
- Only a draft can be scheduled
- Name is required
- Subject is required
If the notice says This plan's email allowance for this month is used up, the draft stays a draft. See Monthly allowance.
Verifying your setup
- The campaign shows as scheduled.
- The segment matches the message.
- You are not editing a draft you already scheduled.
