Account Deletion and Data Export

Export your data and manage account deletion on ArtInStack.

Closing your workspace is irreversible—export Media, client records, and invoices you must keep for legal or tax reasons first. Cancel Subscription to stop renewal charges, then initiate deletion from Privacy & security or contact support when self-serve delete is unavailable.

Prerequisites

Export: Dashboard → Media, Portal Manager, Stripe billing portal

Cancel: Dashboard → Settings → Subscription

Delete: Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & security

What you're looking at

Export tools: bulk media download, CSV exports (newsletter, orders) where available.
Delete account: confirmation dialog, typed confirm phrase, email confirmation.

Implementation steps

  1. Export invoices from the Stripe billing portal linked on Subscription.
  2. Download critical Media assets and client delivery records from Portal Manager.
  3. Export newsletter subscribers from Analytics if you need the list.
  4. Cancel Subscription on Settings → Subscription to avoid the next renewal.
  5. Remove custom domain DNS at your registrar to prevent dangling records.
  6. Initiate account deletion from Privacy & security (or open a support request).
  7. Confirm the deletion email and wait for the completion notice.

What you'll see

You retain required archives locally; billing stops; the workspace is scheduled for deletion. Public URLs may 404 inconsistently while CDN objects purge.

Verifying your setup

  • Critical data exported and stored offline.
  • Subscription cancelled.
  • Account deletion requested or support ticket opened with confirmation.
