Team and collaboration overview
Access seats are invite slots set by your plan. Check the meter on Settings → Access. Teams collaboration unlocks Projects. Client portal accounts stay under Portal Manager.
Capability overview
Team and collaboration covers how your staff (editors, assistants, second shooters) work in the dashboard.
Access is how you invite people. Under Settings → Access, you assign a role and modules. Invitees open General as their home and see the modules you granted. Settings, billing, and storage stay with the workspace owner.
Teams collaboration on the plan unlocks Projects (files, pins, share links) and fuller editorial tooling. Team seats and Projects are on Teams and Master. Seats are how many people you can invite. Projects is the workspace those plans include.
Client delivery (portal invitations, proofing, client sign-in) lives under Portal Manager and the client portal. See Client delivery overview.
Projects can send a project share link (/p/{token}) for a finals vault without a portal login. Details: Projects workspace and image comments.
Access seats and plan limits
An Access seat is one invited person toward your workspace member limit. Active members and pending invitations both count. The workspace owner does not consume a seat.
Where to look: open Settings → Access. The page shows a meter such as X of Y Access seats used. That is the live limit for your workspace.
Your subscription tier sets Y (how many seats you get). Team seats are on the Teams plan. Master is the only other plan that includes them.
| Plan | Access seats | Teams collaboration (Projects) |
|---|---|---|
| Teams | 10 | On |
| Master | 15 | On |
| Starter, Portfolio, Pro Portfolio, Creator | Not included | Off |
Settings → Subscription → Included Features lists plan capabilities (including Team Collaboration when your tier includes Projects). It does not replace the Access seat meter. To raise seats or unlock Projects, change plan under Subscription, or compare tiers on the pricing page. See also Plans and limits.
If invite fails with a seat limit message, free a seat on Access (revoke a pending invite or remove a member) or upgrade.

Verifying your setup

- The Access seat meter matches what you expect for your plan.
- Access or Projects appears when the plan includes the matching capability.
- Blog editorial review lives in the Posts editor.
