Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Change plans based on your usage needs on ArtInStack.

Upgrading unlocks sidebar modules (Events Manager, Teams, extra storage) when your business outgrows the current tier. Downgrading may hide features but often retains data for a retention window—compare tiers on https://www.artinstack.com/pricing and export anything critical before you drop storage or portal capabilities.

Prerequisites

Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Upgrade / Change plan

Reference: https://www.artinstack.com/pricing

What you're looking at

Subscription tab: upgrade buttons, plan comparison, proration notice on Stripe checkout.

Implementation steps

  1. Review usage: Storage, Teams seats, Portal Manager, and Events Manager needs.
  2. Open Settings → Subscription and click Upgrade or Change plan.
  3. Select the target tier; complete Stripe checkout if redirected.
  4. Confirm proration and the new renewal amount on the receipt.
  5. Refresh the dashboard and verify new sidebar items appear (e.g. Events Manager).
  6. For downgrade, read retention warnings and export data if you will lose capability.
  7. Confirm downgrade effective date and updated invoice amount.

What you'll see

Subscription reflects the new plan after checkout. Sidebar features match the tier; storage over the new limit blocks uploads until you reduce usage.

Verifying your setup

  • Plan change completed or scheduled with a confirmed effective date.
  • Sidebar features match expectations for the new tier.
  • Storage is within new plan limits—or you have a cleanup plan documented.
