Security spans MFA, team access, and visitor-facing privacy under SettingsPrivacy & security. Cookie consent, analytics opt-in, and spam protection affect what visitors see—not just your login. Align settings with your jurisdiction and link a privacy policy from footer Navigation.

Implementation steps

  1. Open SettingsPrivacy & security.
  2. Review cookie and analytics consent settings for public visitors.
  3. Enable MFA on the owner account if not already active.
  4. Audit Teams and remove stale members.
  5. Confirm contact form spam protection when forms are enabled on Pages.
  6. Add or verify a privacy policy URL in footer Navigation.
  7. Schedule a quarterly review of Portal Manager exports and retention needs.
