Email campaign analytics
Open Analytics → Email to see delivery and engagement for campaigns you scheduled or sent from Email Center. Opens are estimated. Sending stays in Email Center.
For where this sits alongside site traffic, newsletter subscribers, affiliates, and ad embeds, see Dashboard analytics overview.
Analytics → Email is campaign performance for messages you scheduled or sent from Email Center (see Campaigns). It is not the subscriber list—that stays under Newsletter analytics.
Prerequisites
Dashboard → Analytics → Email
Your plan includes Email Center. Otherwise the tab is hidden and the screen explains that Email Center is not on your plan.
At least one campaign that is scheduled, sending, paused, sent, or cancelled. Drafts do not appear here.
Core architecture & fields
List: campaigns with status, send time, recipients, opened, clicked, and open/click rates.
Workspace totals at the top sum accepted, opened, and clicked across those campaigns (not drafts). The status filter only changes the table.
Campaign detail: delivery counts (recipients, accepted, bounced, complained, failed, skipped, waiting, cancelled when relevant), engagement (opened, clicked, rates of accepted), and a simple funnel from recipients → accepted → opened → clicked.
Opened and Clicked count unique recipients with a first open or click—not every later open or click.
Opens are estimated. Some mail apps load images automatically, so an “open” can fire without a person reading the message. Use opens as a rough signal; treat clicks as the stronger engagement signal.
Implementation steps
- Schedule or finish a campaign in Email Center → Campaigns.
- Open Analytics → Email, or choose View analytics on the campaign.
- Scan the workspace totals, then open a row for that send.
- Read delivery first, then engagement and the funnel.
- Compare to the next send after you change subject, segment, or body—do not treat a single open rate as a verdict.
What you'll see
Counts update as the provider reports delivery and engagement events. Rates use Accepted as the base. Empty state appears until you have a non-draft campaign.
Verifying your setup
- Analytics → Email lists scheduled and sent campaigns when Email Center is on your plan.
- A campaign’s View analytics control opens that same campaign here.
- Opens carry the estimated note; clicks still appear when recipients follow links.
