Conservation & nonprofit workflow

Connect your field media, geo-privacy controls, and donation pipelines to transform conservation storytelling into measurable global impact.

Architectural alignment

Conservation teams lose field media on consumer drives and struggle to connect public storytelling with location sensitivity. ArtInStack centralizes Media with camera-backed metadata, lets you set portfolio-level geo policy (exact, redacted, or internal-only), and publish an interactive Impact Map on your site so donors see impact without exposing precise sensitive coordinates. Commerce supports print, cart checkout, and donation / campaign flows; Events Manager handles ticketed field days or volunteer signups when your plan includes events—without a separate ticketing SaaS.

Step-by-step implementation blueprint

  1. Media — Upload a representative field set; confirm EXIF location where appropriate, or set manual location when GPS is missing.
  2. Portfolio — Create a program collection; open Portfolio Settings → Public map location (redacted vs exact vs hidden).
  3. Pages — Add an Impact Map block tied to that portfolio; optional campaign framing for donors.
  4. Settings → Campaigns — Create a campaign; link a donation product for checkout testing.
  5. Products — Add any conservation print SKU or event-access bundle your shop needs.
  6. Events Manager — Create a field day: choose paid registration for ticketed workshops or volunteer signup if your event mode supports it.
  7. Team — Invite comms or volunteer coordinators with roles that exclude billing if they should not see subscription screens.
  8. Preview the public site: map pins respect redaction; donation button completes in test mode.

Verification framework

  • Sensitive portfolio uses redacted or internal-only geo—not accidental full precision on the public map.
  • Impact Map block loads on a published page with the intended portfolio scope.
  • Donation or campaign checkout succeeds in Stripe test mode.
  • Event registration (paid or volunteer) respects capacity limits.
  • Team members see only the dashboard areas their role allows.
