- Confirm your plan includes education and Portal Manager in the sidebar.
- Media — Upload lesson videos and PDF/resources; wait for video ready status before linking.
- Create your course structure (modules and lessons) in the dashboard course tools available on your plan.
- Products — Create a course product pointing at that curriculum; set price and access duration if applicable.
- Portal Manager — Enable course progress (and resources / intro video widgets as needed); link the purchased course id.
- Pages — Publish a sales page with outcomes, module list, and buy button to the product.
- Complete a test purchase; sign in as the test student and open the first lesson.
- Attach downloadable resources to lessons students should keep offline.
