Add a Product

Create and publish a new product listing on ArtInStack.

A product listing is what customers add to cart. You set name, price, media, and fulfillment details in Products, then surface it on Pages with a product or shop block.

Prerequisites

Physical or POD: Dashboard → ProductsProduct Catalog → add product

Digital files and portal SKUs: Dashboard → ProductsDigital ProductsCreate from Template (see Digital product templates and delivery)

Storefront: Dashboard → PagesEdit → product block

What you're looking at

Product form: name, price, description, images from Media, variants, publish toggle.

Pages: product grid or single-product blocks on your shop page.

Implementation steps

  1. Open ProductsProduct Catalog or Digital Products.
  2. Click add or create product.
  3. Enter name and description customers will read on the storefront.
  4. Set price in the currency your Stripe account uses.
  5. Attach images from Media.
  6. For digital goods, pick a Create from Template type, set Delivery mode (email download vs client portal), and link the course, portfolio, or files as prompted.
  7. Publish the product.
  8. Add it to a Pages product block and save the page.
  9. Run a test checkout when Stripe is connected.

What you'll see

The product appears in the catalog and on connected page blocks. Unpublished products do not sell from the storefront.

Direct links to draft products

Sharing a URL before publish may 404—confirm publish status before marketing.

Price changes

New checkouts use the updated price; past orders keep historical amounts in receipts.

Verifying your setup

  • Product has price, images, and description.
  • Product is published in the catalog.
  • Product appears on a live page block or shop URL.
