Share gallery links

Each portfolio collection can have a shareable URL. Copy the link from Portfolio settings or embed the gallery on a page block. Unlisted links work well for clients who should not find the gallery through your public site navigation.

Prerequisites

Dashboard → Portfolio → collection → Share or link copy

Embed on site: Dashboard → Pages → Edit → Portfolio block

What you're looking at

Share panel: public URL, copy button, embed code when offered.

Privacy badge: public, unlisted, or password-protected.

Implementation steps

1. Open the portfolio collection you want to share.
2. Locate the share or link section and copy the gallery URL.
3. Open the link in a private browser window to verify the visitor view.
4. Send the link via email or combine it with a Portal Manager invitation when you need authenticated access.
5. Optional: embed the gallery on a Pages block for site visitors browsing your portfolio page.
6. Confirm password or expiry settings if the gallery contains client-sensitive proofs.
7. Follow up manually if the client does not confirm access within a day.

What you'll see

Recipients open the gallery without dashboard access. Embedded galleries appear on your site when the hosting page is published.

Public versus unlisted links

Public galleries may be indexed by search engines — use unlisted or password mode for client proofs. Revoking access requires changing privacy settings or disabling the collection; the link alone may continue to work until you update those settings.

• Privacy level matches the audience — public marketing versus client proofing.
