Getting started

ArtInStack is one login for your website, media library, client galleries, store, blog, and courses—upload once in Media and reuse files across pages, galleries, and products; most people start with a published site and one gallery, then add commerce or courses.

This is the central operating system for your creative business. Your website, your master media library, your client experiences, your storefront, and your writing—all beautifully connected under a single dashboard.

The core magic of the platform is asset intelligence: a high-resolution photo you upload once can instantly live on your public homepage, inside a client’s private proofing gallery, and as a physical print for sale in your store. No duplicate uploads, no compressed file degradation, and no platform hopping.

What You’re Building Today

You don’t have to activate everything at once. Most creators start by claiming their digital corner and delivering their first project, expanding their toolkit as their practice grows. Here is what's possible right out of the box:

  • Bespoke Web Publishing: Build a digital presence that feels exactly like your physical work—completely free from the constraints of generic, cookie-cutter templates.
  • Immersive Client Spaces: Deliver files and galleries in premium, high-end branded rooms that command respect, completely replacing unbranded, transactional file-transfer links.
  • Frictionless Commerce: Sell fine art prints, instant digital downloads, or commercial workshops directly through your own native storefront.
  • Unified Content: Write essays, release studio updates, and publish long-form articles natively on your primary domain alongside your portfolio.
  • Knowledge & Community: Host educational courses or workshops for students who log in and access your materials through your protected portal.

Today's Goal: By the end of the next two quick sections, you will have a live, stunning website with a secure, real-world link ready to share with your clients and audience.

Tour the Workspace

Your command center sits entirely in the left sidebar. Each tab is a dedicated engine purpose-built for a specific side of your creative output:

  • Pages — Design, iterate, and publish your public website pages with a live visual builder.
  • Media — Your master vault. Upload once, access everywhere, securely backed up at original quality.
  • Portfolio — Craft breathtaking, public-facing galleries and curated visual collections.
  • Posts — Your engine for storytelling, blogging, and studio documentation.
  • Projects — The secure back-office for high-volume file deliveries, client proofing, and contracts.
  • Products — Manage your physical inventory, digital assets, pricing sheets, and live customer orders.
  • Settings — Configure your custom domain, adjust studio branding, invite team members, and manage your billing.

Note: Sidebar modules adjust dynamically to match your workspace capabilities. Looking for a specific engine? Customize your layout anytime in Settings → Subscription.

Ready to Launch?

Before we dive into the canvas, let's verify our starting posture:

  1. You see how a single ecosystem cleanly unifies your site, galleries, clients, and commerce.
  2. You’ve spotted the primary sidebar modules you want to fire up first.

Let’s build something incredible.
