Create your account

Sign up with name, email, and password, sign in once to finish setup, and ArtInStack provisions your workspace subdomain and dashboard immediately—no inbox verification on direct sign-up; checkout paths collect subdomain in onboarding first.

Initializing a workspace requires an active identity profile, access credentials, and a routing anchor. The initial provisioning process takes approximately two minutes.

Workspace initialization paths

Standard registration (Starter tier)

  1. Navigate to the platform registration interface.
  2. Provide your Full name, Email address, and a secure Password.
  3. Execute the payload by selecting Create account.
  4. Upon redirection, authenticate using your newly generated credentials to finalize the initial token session. This is a one-time sequence required to establish your secure environment — not inbox email verification.
  5. Your workspace provisions immediately, routing you to the administrative dashboard.

Enterprise & premium checkout routing

If your workspace was initialized via a premium checkout path, complete your financial transaction before entering the workspace onboarding flow. That wizard configures core metadata — including site title, custom subdomain routing, and global default parameters. Once complete, authenticate using the exact email address provided during checkout to claim your workspace.

Core infrastructure constraints

Communication routing: Ensure your administrative email is an actively monitored address. All automated billing ledgers, team invitations, and client transaction notifications route through this endpoint.

Security & asset protection: Your access credentials are the primary barrier for restricted client deliverables, raw assets, and gallery content. Use an isolated, high-entropy password unique to this platform.

Collision handling: If registration rejects your submission, the email address typically already exists in the user database. Run the password reset protocol on the login page, or sign in with existing credentials.

Workspace data & public site resolution matrix

Attributes collected during registration establish your workspace profile. Some affect the public application immediately; others are isolated to operations, security, and billing.

1. Full name

System role: Captures the account owner's legal or professional operating name from the registration form.

Administrative scope: Internal account management, automated invoice generation, identity verification, and support.

Public application resolution: Terminal branded fallback across public site surfaces. If Site name and Business name are unset in Settings, the engine uses this value for the live header, browser title, SEO metadata, and empty-site placeholders so the layout never degrades.

Asset attribution: Primary variable for image metadata, credit overlays, and copyright strings (often Full name / Business name when both are present).

Implementation standard: Enter your personal or professional operating name here. Manage public trade names post-authentication under Settings → General → Site name (see Set up your workspace).

2. Authentication credentials (email & password)

System role: Secure user access profile.

Administrative scope: Identity anchor and access control for the dashboard.

Public application resolution: Isolated from public infrastructure. Neither value is exposed in routing tables, layout schemas, or asset metadata.

3. Workspace subdomain

System role: Unique workspace identifier, API routing baseline, and permanent dashboard anchor.

Public application resolution: Default staging URL (yourbrand.artinstack.com) before a custom root domain is attached. If Site name, Business name, and Full name are all omitted, the router uses this string as the last-resort brand identifier in the site header.

Configuration syntax: Lowercase alphanumeric only. Spaces, symbols, and special characters are invalid. Custom domains may be bound later; the subdomain remains the permanent workspace network anchor.

On direct sign-up, subdomain is collected at registration. On checkout, it is set in onboarding.

State verification & validation

Before workspace customization, confirm:

  • Your user record is committed and authentication is operational.
  • Tier constraints match your intended business model.
  • The administrative interface has rendered and expected sidebar modules are visible.
