Plans and limits
Understand plan tiers, storage, and feature gates on ArtInStack.
Your subscription controls storage quotas, which sidebar modules appear, and capabilities such as custom domains, print-on-demand, teams, and client portal access. Knowing your limits now prevents surprise upload failures during a busy shoot week.

Core architecture & fields
Subscription tab: current tier name, storage used versus included, upgrade actions, and billing portal links when Stripe is connected.
Sidebar: features that are not on your plan stay hidden or show upgrade guidance when you open them — for example Events Manager appears only when events are enabled for your workspace.
Implementation steps
- Open Settings → Subscription.
- Note your current plan name and how much storage you have used versus what is included.
- Scan the left sidebar and compare what you see to the feature list on https://www.artinstack.com/pricing.
- If you are near your storage limit, review upgrade or add-on options on the same Subscription tab.
- Open Media and confirm uploads still work within your remaining quota.
- Write down which capabilities you need next — client portal, print-on-demand, teams — so you know when to upgrade.
What you'll see
You see an accurate plan name, storage numbers, and billing links where Stripe is connected. When you open a gated feature, you get clear upgrade guidance instead of a silent failure.
If sidebar items are missing
A shorter sidebar usually means your subscription tier or team role does not include that module. Projects and inline editorial review require a plan with Teams enabled. Portal Manager and the client portal require the Education module (Creator-tier client delivery). Team members with the author role typically see Posts and Media only. Contact your workspace owner if you need broader access.
If you are on a legacy plan label
Older plan names sometimes map to current tiers — the features you have matter more than the label on the invoice. Contact support via https://www.artinstack.com/contact if plan details look inconsistent with what you purchased.
Verifying your setup
- You know your plan name and storage headroom.
- You understand why some sidebar items may be absent.
- You know where to upgrade under Settings → Subscription.
