Notification Preferences
Configure dashboard and email notification preferences on ArtInStack.
Notification settings control which events email you—orders, client submissions, team invites, billing failures. Turn on revenue-critical alerts; turn off noise you ignore. In-app alerts live under the bell icon in the dashboard header—see Dashboard notifications.

What you're looking at
Notification preferences: email toggles per event type; digest versus instant when available.

Implementation steps
- Open General and locate notification preferences (or the grouped section under Settings if your deployment places them there).
- Enable emails for orders and failed payments.
- Disable non-essential digests if they distract you.
- Enable client submission alerts when you actively use Portal Manager.
- Click the bell in the header to review in-app history.
- Trigger a test order or submission and confirm email delivery.
- Document which alerts go to the owner versus teammates—each person configures their own General settings.
What you'll see
Email and in-app notifications match your preferences; critical commerce events are not missed. Teammates maintain separate notification profiles on their accounts.
