Team and collaboration overview

Teams plan features—staff invites, Projects workspace, and blog editorial review—separate from client portal delivery on ArtInStack.

Capability overview

Team and collaboration is for your staff—editors, assistants, second shooters—not for clients. A Teams-enabled plan unlocks SettingsTeams, the Projects workspace, and editorial tools such as inline comments on blog posts in review.

Client delivery (portal invitations, proofing submissions, client sign-in) is a different module—the Education / client portal path. Clients use the client portal; teammates use the dashboard. See Client delivery overview.

  1. Invite a teammate and Roles and permissions
  2. Projects workspace and image comments
  3. Collaborative editing workflow (blog inline comments)
  4. Review and approval process (post statuses)

If Projects or Teams settings are missing

Upgrade to a plan with Teams enabled on SettingsSubscription. Portal Manager alone does not unlock Projects—that is the Education/client portal module.

Verifying your setup

  • You can explain the difference between teammate access and client portal access.
  • Teams or Projects appears when your plan includes collaboration.
  • You know where blog editorial review lives (Posts editor).
