Why are print-on-demand features locked or grayed out on my dashboard?

Wrong placePrint catalogue is under SettingsE-commerce, not only Products

Digital products and donations depend on separate plan features—check Subscription if a Products tab is missing.

How exactly do I get paid, and who handles customer refunds?

On print-on-demand checkout the buyer pays one retail price (product + shipping). Production and lab shipping are covered in that flow; your margin (retail minus wholesale and platform fees) is paid out to your connected Stripe account on Stripe’s schedule.

You issue customer refunds from Print orders (Issue refund when available) or from Stripe when needed. If the lab rejects a job, you may get a dashboard notification—open the bell and follow the link. See Print-on-demand pricing and margin.

Can I change my retail markup margins after a product is already live?

Yes. In SettingsE-commerce (print catalogue), edit markup or per-variant retail price and save. New carts pick up new prices right away; open carts may need a refresh. Past orders stay at the price paid at checkout. You do not need to republish pages for catalogue price changes.

A payment failed or I see a chargeback notification—what should I do?

Open the bell notification and follow the link to the order. For chargebacks, respond in the Stripe dispute center before Stripe’s deadline. Keep order confirmation and delivery proof.

My print order is stuck or I got a “fulfillment failed” alert—what now?

Read the notification, then open SettingsE-commercePrint orders. Common fixes: higher-resolution files, correct print partner connection, or contacting support with the order reference. Full Q&A: FAQ: Print fulfillment and shipping.
