Feedback and bug reporting

Report bugs, request features, and send UX feedback from the ArtInStack dashboard using the built-in reporting tools.

ArtInStack includes reporting tools so you do not need a separate helpdesk to reach the product team. Use them when something breaks, when a screen is confusing, or when you want to suggest an improvement.

Where to find it

Entry pointWhat it opens
Header menu (⋯) on dashboard pagesReport a bug or Send Feedback
Floating bug button (bottom-right on some screens, including site preview)Chooses intent first, then the right form

On preview routes, the bug form can attach which page you were viewing so support can reproduce the issue faster.

Report a bug (technical issues)

Choose Report a bug when something errors, freezes, or behaves incorrectly.

  1. Open the header menu → Report a bug, or use the floating bug button → Technical issue.
  2. Enter a short title and a description (steps to reproduce help).
  3. Optionally attach a screenshot from your computer.
  4. Submit.

You receive a confirmation toast. Bug reports may include a reference number—save it if you follow up with support. When your report is resolved, you may receive a dashboard notification (see Dashboard notifications).

The form can capture a session replay reference when available so engineers can inspect what happened—no extra setup on your side.

Send feedback (features and UX)

Choose Send Feedback for product ideas or usability suggestions—not broken buttons.

  1. Open Send Feedback, or the floating button → Feature request / Question or confusion.
  2. Pick Feature request or UX suggestion.
  3. For features, indicate whether it is a new capability or an enhancement to something existing.
  4. Submit.

Question or confusion from the intent dialog opens the public Docs site in a new tab when configured—use that for how-to questions; use Send Feedback when the docs did not answer your workflow need.
