Edit your homepage

Update homepage content, sections, and layout on ArtInStack.

Your homepage is usually the first page visitors see at yoursub.artinstack.com. Start with a headline that says who you are, at least one strong image, and accurate contact details in the footer. Changes save as drafts until you toggle Publish in the toolbar — that separation lets you iterate without sending half-finished work live.

Prerequisites

Dashboard → PagesEdit (home page)

Site-wide header and footer: Dashboard → SettingsHeader & Footer

What you're looking at

Canvas: click text or image blocks to edit inline.

Right sidebar → Blocks: drag blocks such as Image, Text, or Hero onto the page.

Toolbar: Save Page stores work without going live; Publish on the Draft / Publish toggle makes the page public.

Implementation steps

  1. Open Pages and click Edit on your home page.
  2. Click the main headline and replace it with your name, studio name, or tagline.
  3. Click an image block — or open Blocks in the right sidebar and add an Image block — then choose Choose image from Media under Attr.
  4. Adjust spacing or layout using Style and Attr in the right sidebar.
  5. Open SettingsHeader & Footer to update site-wide logo or footer contact links if needed.
  6. Click Save Page in the toolbar.
  7. Use Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile preview buttons to check layout at different widths.

What you'll see

Your homepage shows your headline, at least one image from Media, and updated header or footer information. The page is saved; publish status stays Draft until you choose Publish.

If you don't see a homepage in Pages

Click Add New Page, choose a home page type, enter a title, click Create Page, then Edit to open the editor. Turn on Site home for that page on the Pages list so it loads at your root URL.

If an image fails to load on the canvas

Confirm the file finished uploading in Media — large files may still be processing. Site-wide header and footer are templates; editing them under SettingsHeader & Footer affects every page, not just the homepage.

Verifying your setup

  • Homepage headline reflects your brand.
  • At least one image block uses media from your library.
  • Save Page completed without errors.
  • Layout checked on Desktop and Mobile preview.
