What you’re actually migrating

Shared playbook before you import
Inventory masters and the derivatives you still serve. List the public URLs that must keep working (bio links, printed QR codes, old invoices). Note which client rooms are still live and how people authenticate today.

After import
Rebuild navigation and key landing pages in the page editor, connect delivery to your client portal, and verify old links redirect to their new home.
Then stop running parallel stacks. The point of the move is one archive powering site, portfolio, and client rooms — not a prettier template on top of the same seams.
