Newsletter Analytics

Open Analytics → Newsletter to see subscriber totals and source (Blog vs Footer), filter by status, and export CSV for your ESP—ArtInStack collects signups but does not send marketing broadcasts from the dashboard yet.

For where newsletter reporting fits alongside site traffic, affiliates, and ad embeds, see Dashboard analytics overview.

Use Analytics → Newsletter to review subscribers collected from your blog sidebar and footer signup forms (see Newsletter subscriptions for setup). Export CSV for Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar tools. ArtInStack does not send marketing broadcasts from the dashboard yet—Email Center is planned for native campaigns.

Prerequisites

Dashboard → Analytics → Newsletter

Signup forms enabled: Settings → Blog Post (sidebar widget) and/or Settings → Site layout or Header & Footer (footer form)—see Newsletter subscriptions

Core architecture & fields

Analytics → Newsletter: subscriber totals, search, status filters (subscribed, unsubscribed, all), source column (Footer vs Blog).

Export: CSV download for the current status filter.

Implementation steps

  1. Confirm a blog sidebar and/or footer signup form is live on your public site.
  2. Open Analytics → Newsletter.
  3. Review total subscribers and the source column (Footer vs Blog).
  4. Filter to Subscribed before export.
  5. Download CSV and import into your email platform.
  6. Verify your signup copy states what subscribers receive (required in many regions).

What you'll see

Counts update after form submissions (often within a few minutes). Exports match the status filter you applied.

Handling personal data

CSV files contain emails—store them securely and never re-add addresses that unsubscribed.

Verifying your setup

  • Subscriber metrics are visible under Analytics → Newsletter.
  • You exported a filtered CSV successfully.
  • Signup forms are live on the public site (see Newsletter subscriptions).
