BioCLIP — AI-assisted species suggestion

• The Feature: Vision-assisted taxon suggestions on upload and observation edit (BioCLIP), ranked for human review. Confirmed IDs write through the existing GBIF species path so IUCN status and Data Governance spatial rules apply automatically.
• The Workflow: Field teams get a short candidate list instead of blank-slate typing. A person confirms the taxon. Nothing auto-commits, and nothing publishes to GBIF without the same Prepare gates you already use.

• The Feature: Templated funder deliverables from a survey period: effort and detection outputs, staff-written outcome narrative, campaign-attributed giving totals, and a small set of curated Evidence stills that respect geo and embargo policy.

Staff choose what leaves the workspace; sensitive taxa stay under Data Governance. Confidence rises from social verification, not from silent AI commit.
